Electrostatic spray painter • Houghton County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Houghton County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
