Vacancy available: crane operator (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Webster County, Kentucky. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination You will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
