We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Caldwell County, Missouri. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
