Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Pulaski County, Missouri. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
