Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Dunn County, Wisconsin. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off.
