You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour.
