Now hiring: split AC fitter (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a split AC fitter in DeSoto County, Florida. You will be based on new-build apartment projects. On a typical shift you will wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges. What we are looking for: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
