Powder coating operator — Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Polk County, Iowa. You will work at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
