Falsework carpenter • Butler County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Butler County, Iowa. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules On the job you will handle: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Part-time with flexible hours. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
