PVC window assembler — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Marion County, Arkansas. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day-to-day duties: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
