Single needle operator wanted in Agwara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Agwara, Niger State. You will work on an export house sewing floor. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
