Punch press operator — Marathon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Marathon County, Wisconsin. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. On a typical shift you will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
