Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Koochiching County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Day-to-day duties: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
