In-process quality controller — Ward County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Ward County, Texas. Day to day you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
