Urgent requirement: we are hiring a joiner in Plumas County, California. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. On a typical shift you will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
