The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier You should have: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Rotating shifts.
