Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request 1+ years on the tools preferred.
