Fine-dining server wanted in Clayton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Clayton County, Georgia. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
