Vertical transportation technician — Kaufman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Kaufman County, Texas. Day to day you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
