Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Crawford County, Georgia. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
