We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Edu, Kwara State. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
