Bulldozer operator — Orange County

Join our team: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Orange County, North Carolina. Day to day you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
