Conventional mill operator — Grant County

Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Grant County, Nebraska. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Full-time with occasional weekends.
