Confectioner — Caswell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Caswell County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy bakery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
