Protective coatings painter — Cedar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Cedar County, Missouri. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Six days a week, one day off.
