Immediate opening: captain waiter (Georgia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
