Banquet server — Crittenden County

Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Crittenden County, Arkansas. The job is in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
