Single needle operator wanted in Leon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Leon County, Florida. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
