Machine setter-operator — Buffalo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work in a textile mill. The role involves segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Requirements: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
