PVC window assembler — Kinney County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Kinney County, Texas. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
