Powder spray gun operator — Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Union County, Georgia. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
