Captain waiter — Red Willow County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Red Willow County, Nebraska. You will be based at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
