Join our team: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Washington County, Tennessee. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
