Immediate opening: shuttering carpenter (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Henrico County, Virginia. The role involves: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
