Urgent requirement: bread baker (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Harrison County, West Virginia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
