Press shop operator wanted in Sherman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press shop operator in Sherman County, Kansas. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges.
