Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Inyo County, California. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
