We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Cardiff, Wales. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Part-time with flexible hours.
