Earthmoving equipment operator — Pope County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Pope County, Arkansas. The job is at a road and highway construction project. The role involves work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Full-time with occasional weekends.
