Trainee butcher wanted in Kerr County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kerr County, Texas. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
