Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Agege, Lagos State. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
