Meat cutter • Ila, Osun State

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ila, Osun State. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
