Dishwashing attendant — Douglas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Douglas County, Oregon. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Six days a week, one day off. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
