Parcel delivery rider wanted in Reading

Immediate opening: we are hiring a parcel delivery rider in Reading, England. You will be based at an e-commerce last-mile depot. On the job you will handle: • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off Requirements: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Full-time with occasional weekends.
