Scullery hand wanted in Rabah

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Rabah, Sokoto State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
