Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Dooly County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service.
