Carpenter wanted in Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a carpenter in Howard County, Texas. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. The role involves: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools Part-time with flexible hours.
