Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Kitsap County, Washington. The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
