Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Gombe State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Funakaye, Gombe State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
