Urgent requirement: short order cook (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Calhoun County, Michigan. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
